It is easy to fall into the trap of self-judgment—telling yourself, "I should be happier," "I have no right to feel this way," or "Others have it so much harder."
Whether you are managing a demanding career, carrying the weight of family caregiving, navigating a neurodivergent world, or adjusting to a major life shift, feeling overwhelmed isn't a personal failure. It’s simply a signal that the protective strategies and survival patterns that got you this far are no longer serving who you are today.
Life Transitions & Relational Growth: Grounded guidance through college launching, career pivots, relationship changes, empty nesting, retirement, or the loss of a loved one. Together, we process deep grief, existential uncertainty, and life-stage depression to help you reconnect with purpose and authentic relationship.
Professional & Personal Well-Being: Collaborative therapy for dedicated individuals, working professionals, and those carrying complex roles across technology, education, corporate, and healthcare sectors. Supporting clients through the quiet tension between outward expectations and internal emotional well-being—offering grounded relief for chronic stress, performance anxiety, career burnout, and systemic fatigue.
Parkinson’s, Dementia & Caregiver Support: Specialized support for individuals, families, and care partners navigating neurodegenerative diagnoses, cognitive changes, increased care needs, and profound identity shifts. Drawing on deep clinical expertise in neuroscience, I help clients process anticipatory grief, existential anxiety, caregiver depression, and complex family dynamics
Neuro-Affirming Therapy for Adults: A strengths-based space for ADHD and other out-of-the-box cognitive styles. We focus on dropping unhelpful masking, honoring your natural processing style, and addressing the underlying anxiety, depression, and overwhelm that often accompany navigating non-affirming environments.
With over 30 years of clinical experience, my background bridges multiple clinical settings and corporate environments, including leadership roles in the Employee Assistance (EAP), homecare and financial sectors.
This range gives me a grounded, practical understanding of what my clients navigate—from workplace stress and career burnout to the complex emotional and logistical realities of major life transitions.
My approach is person-centered, relational, trauma-informed, and attachment-based. I don't believe in fixing what isn't broken or using one-size-fits-all templates. Therapy with me is a safe, collaborative space fully tailored to how your mind naturally operates so you can drop the armor and move into your next chapter with clarity.
While many of my clients come to therapy during specific life transitions, career shifts, or health changes, our work often addresses the underlying emotional toll and internal struggles that arise along the way, including:
Anxiety & Chronic Worry: Persistent overthinking, perfectionism, high-functioning anxiety, panic, and physical tension.
Depression & Low Energy: Emotional exhaustion, loss of motivation, feelings of detachment, or feeling stuck in old patterns.
Grief & Loss: Processing the loss of a loved one, ambiguous loss in caregiving, or grieving past roles and life chapters.
Existential & Identity Struggles: Questioning life direction, processing moral injury, processing role changes, and finding deeper meaning through major shifts.
Reaching out takes real courage—I'm glad you're here.
